TED for iPhone (and even iPad)

I always loved the high quality content of TED. You can find excellent speeches on:

Now I found out that they also have an iPhone App, which also works perfectly on my iPad. When you scale up the iPhone App on the iPad, you have the great TED videos on the full iPad screen. But even on my iPhone, I just love to be brained by TED.

By the way - also a great example on group dynamics. What can we learn? Don´t be afraid, to blame yourself, but start and continue, even if it looks impossible. As soon as the second one joins in, no one can´t stop the dynamics of real leadership. My first leadership trainer even told me "blame yourself daily". A very wise recommendation, I now really understand.

Wangerooge office

This is my office this week - our second home on the island of Wangerooge in the North Sea. No cars, just a wonderful beach - like the Sansibar beach, which is my favourite place on Sylt. A wonderful place to free your mind, to run with bare feet, to swim in the sea and finally to think, learn and work.
